Free Standard Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $95.00 or more, after discounts and promotions have been applied.

  • This offer applies exclusively to standard shipping within the United States.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders under $95.00 will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary based on destination and carrier availability.

  • Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS so you can follow your shipment.

International Shipping

  • Malani Perfumes does not currently offer international shipping.

  • Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • All items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, and if it meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only for unopened, unused, and sealed items.

  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order has shipped, Malani Perfumes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.

  • Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or modified.
