We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $59.00 or more shipped within the United States.

  • The order total must be $59.00 or higher after all discounts, promotions, and coupons have been applied.

  • This offer applies exclusively to standard shipping within the U.S.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Orders under $59.00 will incur a standard shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can easily monitor your delivery status.

International Shipping

At this time, Malani Perfumes does not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Malani Perfumes, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • All returned items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, if it meets the return criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, and sealed.

  • If the desired replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or modified.
